All-Source Intelligence Manifesto
The state of being unbiased can only be achieved through deep self-reflection and a sacrifice of one's ego. In acknowledging our limitations, we can truly understand the vastness of the intelligence tradecraft. "I know nothing. Therefore, I am nothing; henceforth, I harbor no ill will towards nothing."
These words are meant to resonate throughout the analyst's mind as they strive to produce meaningful intelligence using the necessary tools and methodologies.
Yet, as an Analyst, you're not a hollowed tool; you're not a shell of your former self before taking on the role. You're a human being with an indomitable will and an inquisitive mindset that places service above self.
Equally as important is that as an Analyst you're not meant to be a knower of all things but, a generalized specialist in key areas that best suit the job you're most qualified for. Your pursuit of producing meaningful intelligence is noble, and it comes with a great responsibility.
Always remain firm and resolved in your convictions about your duty. Remain honest at all times to your colleagues; lying is only necessary to the individuals who don't exist in the shadows because it protects you, your colleagues, and your country.
Never be afraid to go beyond your boundaries, understanding that the world around you is but merely another apparatus to manage in pursuit of the ultimate end goal: [REDACTED].
